First Session Guarantee
Feel confident you've chosen the right training. If you're genuinely unhappy with your first paid session, we'll refund the cost of that session, subject to the guarantee terms.
New Driver Support Guarantee
Pass with Driving 2ition and receive a complimentary 60-minute New Driver Review during your first 12 months of independent driving.
Test Ready Guarantee
Meet the eligibility criteria and receive formal instructor sign-off. If you don't pass your first practical test, we'll cover the standard DVSA fee for your next approved attempt.
HOW DOES THE TRIPLE GUARANTEE WORK?
The Triple Guarantee is designed to reward clients who follow their agreed training programme and work with their instructor towards becoming safe, confident and independent drivers.
Each guarantee has its own eligibility requirements. The Test Ready Guarantee, in particular, requires you to complete your agreed training programme and receive formal instructor sign-off before your practical test.

Can you guarantee that I'll pass my driving test?
No. Nobody can guarantee the outcome of a DVSA practical driving test. Our Test Ready Guarantee means that when you've met the eligibility criteria and your instructor has formally assessed you as test ready, we're prepared to stand behind that professional assessment.

What happens if I don't pass my first practical driving test?
If you've met all the Test Ready Guarantee eligibility requirements and don't pass your first practical test, we'll cover the standard DVSA practical test fee for your next approved attempt. Eligibility and terms apply.

How do I qualify for the Test Ready Guarantee?
You'll need to follow your agreed training programme, maintain the required frequency of training, keep your reflective log training record up to date, complete the required assessments and receive formal test-ready sign-off from your instructor. What is the First Session Guarantee?
We want you to feel confident you've chosen the right instructor and driving school. If you're genuinely unhappy with your first paid Driving 2ition training session, we'll refund the cost of that session, subject to the guarantee terms.

What is the New Driver Review?
It's a complimentary 60-minute post-test development session available to eligible clients who pass their practical test with Driving 2ition. It can be used during your first 12 months of independent driving to work on areas such as motorway confidence, parking, night driving, unfamiliar journeys or general driving confidence.

Does the Triple Guarantee cost extra?
No. There is no separate charge for the Triple Guarantee. It is available to eligible Driving 2ition clients who meet the requirements of the individual guarantees.

Does the Test Ready Guarantee pay for lessons if I don't pass?
No. The Test Ready Guarantee covers the standard DVSA practical test fee for your next approved attempt. It does not cover additional training, use of your instructor's vehicle, test-day training time or other associated costs.

Do I automatically qualify for the Test Ready Guarantee?
No. The guarantee is designed for clients who complete their agreed Driving 2ition training programme and meet the eligibility requirements. Your instructor must formally confirm that you are test ready before your practical test.
